Style Jamaica

STYLE Jamaica is an initiative of the Tourism Linkages Network (TLN), a division of the Tourism Enhancement Fund (TEF), an agency of the Ministry of Tourism.

Shopping is becoming an increasingly relevant component of the tourism value chain and has been converted into a determinant factor affecting destination choice, an important component of the overall travel experience and, in some cases the prime travel motivation. Style Jamaica was organized to leverage this new market trend by developing authentic and unique shopping experiences that adds value to Jamaica’s touristic offer.

STYLE Jamaica is executed annually as a shopping showcase in order to connect local designers to the tourism industry resulting in the diversification of on island shopping experiences while promoting Jamaica as a shopping destination.

First held in 2018, the showcase includes a curated STYLE Jamaica Runway show which features a range of fashion and accessories designers, who have participated in the annual Tourism Linkages Network Christmas in July Marketplace and Tradeshow. The showcase also features local artisans, entertainment and of course, the opportunity to shop in Jamaica
